Promotion to Sales Leader

Manfredi Insurance Group, and Allstate Premier Service Agency announced today the awarding of Certified Sales Leader Professional to Javan Cousino, who joined the agency from Ohio in February after a two year recruitment process.

Javan specializes in coverage and discount reviews for the property and casualty customers within the agency.  Residing in Stafford Virginia he commutes to Springfield each day to work with over 5,000 local households managed by the agency.

He is also responsible for the care of the office Good Hands Mascot, "Mayhem" a 3 year old West Highland Terrier.
