How has your Chamber membership benefited your business or organization:
Membership has given us a tremendous opportunity to network in the community, showcase our first class customer service and produce high quality signs, banners & graphics. Establishing Member to Member business relationships has allowed us to quickly become a fixture in the community. It's a MUST for any business that is looking to grow.
How do you set your business apart from your competition?:
While each FASTSIGNS store is independently owned and operated, FASTSIGNS of Springfield recruits and hires the best customer service and sign makers in the industry. We use premium materials to make a wide range of custom signs, banners and graphics. Equally we strive to bring new ideas and trends to customers such as "Smart Signs" and Trackable QR Codes.
How has your business developed over the last year?:
Under previous ownership, FASTSIGNS of Springfield, VA was forced to close as a result of the poor economy. However, under new ownership and management in August of 2010, the store has returned to profitability. With our 1st class customer service we have become a strong fixture in the community by giving back to local sports leagues and charity efforts.
What do you see for the future of your business?:
We have exciting plans to grow by actively hiring talented customer service, sales, designers & production people to compliment the great staff already on hand. Equally we plan to grow by adding products & services that will continue to showcase our capabilities. Our community involvement will also expand as we launch a program to donate back 10% of team banner sales.
