Mardi Gras Casino Night

The Greater Springfield Chamber hosted its annual Mardi Gras Casino Night February 8, 2008 at the Hilton Springfield.

Attendees were treated to an all-inclusive evening of food & beverage, casino games, door prizes, and dancing.

The evening included A Taste of Springfield featuring signature dishes from Caribou Coffee, COSTCO, Hilton Springfield, Houlihan's, King Street Blues, Lucky's Sports Theatre & Grill, Oriental Cafe, Red Hot & Blue-Kingstownes Own, R&R Catering, Thai Cafe and Waterford at Springfield.
