One of the main benefits of Chamber membership is a captive audience for your business and several inexpensive ways to reach that audience. Some of these ways are listed below:
Online Advertising: Increase Your Visibility! Appear on every inside page of the Chamber website for great exposure. Cost: $50/month. Ad size: 200 wide x 125 pixels high. Maximum file size: 300K at 72 dpi. Accepted formats: .jpg, .gif, .bmp, or .png.
Membership Directory: Chamber member businesses may purchase ad space in the Chamber's annual Membership Directory. Ad sales for the 2009 Directory run August 1 - October 10, 2008. Ad sizes include 1/4, 1/2 and full page, black & white and must be submitted in electronic format. Call the Chamber office for more information, 703-866-3500. Directories are reprinted each January.
IMAGE Newsletter Inserts: The Chamber newsletter (IMAGE) is a bi-monthly publication. You may include an 8.5"x11" insert within the newsletter and have it distributed to Chamber membership. The cost of an insert is only $50. You must supply 350 inserts. Contact the Chamber office for deadlines.
IMAGE Newsletter Advertisements: Place an ad in IMAGE. In cooperation with the Times Community Newspapers, IMAGE is distributed to 23,000 homes in the Springfield area, in addition to Chamber membership. To place an ad or to find out rates and deadlines, contact The Times Community Newspapers at 703-437-5400.
Website Link / Page: As a member, you will be automatically linked to the Chamber's website via your email address and/or your website.
Business Mailings to Membership: Purchase a set of Chamber membership mailing labels. The cost to members is only $50. Contact the Chamber office to purchase a one time use set.
