When I was looking for a chamber to join, I was searching for an organization that was not insular, not too buttoned-down, but was very serious about promoting community businesses. That is the Greater Springfield Chamber.
The Chamber's 15-person Board of Directors is made up of representatives from member organizations. Individual Board members are elected by the Chamber's membership and serve a three-year term.
